2012 Notice of Annual Business Meeting and Proposed Bylaw Amendments

Dear ZRA Members,This communication serves as the official thirty (30) day prior written Notice of new business to be presented at the 2012 ZRA Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, 06 October 2012 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sign-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. Please plan to arrive at 8:00 a.m. so that the meeting can begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
A couple of bylaw amendments have been submitted and will be presented for debate and voting. These relevant documents are also posted on the website under Governance, Documents for Annual Business Meeting. You must first be logged in as a member to view these documents.
