Registrars provide oversight for the animal record keeping function, records management, animal shipping, wildlife permit procurement and related reporting requirements and legal compliance.

2012 Call for Nominations for Awards and Recognition

Dear ZRA members:It is time for the annual Call for Nominations for Awards and Recognition. Your nominations are crucial in helping ZRA Leadership to recognize your fellow ZRA members in their accomplishments this year. There are three (3) Achievement Awards and they are as follows:
Marvin Jones Award of Excellence
Judith Block Professional Excellence Award
Tim Kurkowski Horizon Award
Additionally, there will be three (3) Committee Member of the Year Award recipients, one award for each of the core committee groups (Governance, Membership Services and Training, Standards and Professional Development).
Please submit your nomination accordingly. Please refer to the ZRA Website (www.zooregistrars.org) under the Awards and Recognition link for all award guidelines.
All nominations are due to me via email at pak@clevelandmetroparks.com by Friday, 10 August 2012. You should expect to receive an email reply that your email nomination has been received. Final decisions on the 2012 award recipients will be determined by a majority vote of the entire Board of Directors in accordance with the Association’s relevant guidelines.
