Dear ZRA members:

I am pleased to provide the following election results.

The Vice President position was NOT on the ballot. The Board of Directors, in following with the Bylaws vacancy policy Article V (Officers), Section 5 (B), will be
actively recruiting to fill Vice President’s term, since the Nominations and Elections Committee was unable to secure a candidate for the 2012 election.
