ZRA is a not-for-profit association organized and dedicated to the enhancement of zoos and aquariums through leadership, professional development, training, standardization and service to its members. Registrars provide oversight for the animal record keeping function, records management, animal shipping, wildlife permit procurement and related reporting requirements and legal compliance.

The Summer Edition of For The Record is now available for viewing on the website.The Association newsletter provides for a primary communication tool between the Board of Directors, its standing committees and subcommittees, and the ZRA membership and as a source for information relevant to our core mission, vision, values and programs and facilitates awareness and recognition.
As this is my last newsletter, if you would like to submit a professional article, recommendation for a particular member profile or spotlight, or have additional information that you feel would be appropriate for the Fall edition of For the Record, please contact Rae Lynn Haliday at Haliday@stlzoo.org
